If you wish to link a new conference room which is not currently listed in the registration area please fill the form and click on “send”.

You will need to be certified by SurfNET to be able to link your conference room. You will be contacted by the Visioconference Manager of SurfNET who will manage the Eurohub. You will receive a document which explains the organization of the videoconference and conditions of certifying.
